Outdoor Initiative Challenge Course
The Challenge Course is a series of outdoor "challenges" designed to promote trust, self-confidence, teamwork, and leadership. Each Challenge presents the team  with a common goal to work toward and a unique set of circumstances to overcome.

Physical Strength is not a requirement for participation in The Challenge Course. The elements were created to challenge mental rather than physical capabilities. However, some physical challenge does present itself  on occasion. Each new group is reassured by the knowledge that The Challenge Course has been successfully completed by people of all imaginable weights, degrees of physical fitness and age.

Retreat Center
Enjoy our newly remodeled Retreat Center with one large meeting room and two small breakout rooms. Full Kitchen available. A great spot away from the daily work environment.

Camp Rentals
Camp Glen is a great place to get away from it all. The camp environment creates an ideal spot for a day retreat, activity or event to an overnight stay. We have numerous buildings to choose from to meet your specific needs. Our lodge is designed with a full service kitchen for groups of all sizes.

A camping  experience at Camp Glen gives people a chance to live, learn, and share with others, the opportunity to discover and build individual skills and a chance to become closely involved with the natural environment.

Hear the sound of the breeze in the treetops, the smells of the early morning, the feel of springy earth under the feet, and the song and twittering of birds. Experience these world old sensations at Camp Glen in a relaxed atmosphere.

Findlay Office

The Findlay office has one large meeting room that holds up to 50 people. The large room can be made into four smaller meeting rooms. There is a full kitchen.

Fostoria Office
128 West North Street

The Fostoria office has one large meeting room that can hold up to 50 people. There is one small room breakout room. A full kitchen is available.
